HOW DO LIVE CLASSES WORK?

Once I receive your email address I will email you more information on the classes along with payment information and zoom links. A couple minutes before class time, prepare your workout space and click on the zoom link.  You can connect through any device you like, making sure that you are able to clearly see the screen as you take the class. I do not need to see you unless you’d like feedback on your form.

HOW DO RECORDED CLASSES WORK?

I record three sculpt classes a week and one cardio class every other week.  The recorded classes are available for $5 each or included in $40 unlimited.  If you choose the $40 a month option, I email the recordings out Monday Wednesday and Friday in the evening. These classes are available for one week and you can view them as many times as you like. The cardio class is emailed out every other week and it’s available for viewing for two weeks.

WHAT IF I HAVE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS? CAN I STILL TAKE YOUR CLASSES?

Absolutely! As we move through the class into different positions I always offer a modification. If you have specific positions, such as being on your knees, that you cannot do we can speak ahead of time via FaceTime to find modifications that will work for you.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR THE CLASSES?

A set of light weights, I recommend 2 pounds. A sturdy chair for balance and a mat.  Cardio class you’ll need sneakers.

Payment must be submitted prior to taking class.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?

USD$5 per class live or recorded.
USD$40 monthly unlimited (includes recorded classes).

ONCE I RECEIVE THE ZOOM LINKS DO I NEED TO SIGN UP PRIOR TO CLASS?

No, once you have the link you can attend any classes that you would like.  Payment must be sent prior to class.

WHAT IS YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE?

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am (Pacific Standard Time)

  • Saturday 10.30am (Pacific Standard Time)


Upper Body Sculpt: Monday


Cardio: Tuesday


Lower Body Sculpt: Wednesday & Thursday


Full Body Sculpt: Friday

80s Cardio: Saturday
